Tip: The templates load from the Animation Addons server, so your site needs an internet connection. Templates marked V4 need Elementor V4 (Atomic).

STEP 1

Enable the Extension

Turn on the extension from your dashboard. You only need to do this once.

  1. From your WordPress Dashboard, go to Animation Addon > Extensions.
  2. Open the Elementor V4 (Atomic) tab.
  3. Under Utility Extensions, turn on Template Library.
  4. Click Save Settings.

Note: On a new site, this extension can be off. If you do not see the library button in the editor, check this switch first.

STEP 2

Open the Library

Now open the library inside the Elementor editor.

  1. Open your page with the Elementor Editor.
  2. Find the empty area where you add your first element.
  3. Click the orange Animation Addons button. It is the last round button.

The library opens in a window with all the templates.

STEP 3

Insert a Template

  1. Find a template you like. Use the filters and the search box to find it faster.
  2. Move your mouse over the template. An Insert button shows.
  3. Click Insert.
  4. A small window asks how to apply styles. Choose an option and click Insert again.

The template is added to your page. Now change the text, images and colors to make it yours.

Tip: Insert templates on a draft page first, so you can look at the result before you publish.

GUIDE

Find the Right Template

Block and Page

Use the Block tab for one section, like a hero or a team section. Use the Page tab for a full page.

Category

Choose a type, like Blog, Hero, Team, Testimonials, Contact or Header.

Light or Dark

The second filter shows All, Light or Dark templates.

Elementor Version

Choose All versions, Elementor V3 or Elementor V4 (Atomic). Templates marked V4 are built with V4 elements.

Search

Type a word in the search box to find a template by its name.

Animated badge

A green Animated badge means the template has animations.

STYLES

Choose How to Apply Styles

When you insert a V4 template, a window asks how to apply styles.

Use this site’s style

The template uses the styles of your site.

Keep the template styles

The template keeps its own original design.

Add the template’s classes and variables to my site

When this box is on, the classes and variables the template uses are added to your site. You can use them again on other pages.

Note: If a template uses widgets that are switched off, a window tells you. Click Switch on & insert. The editor saves and reloads once, and then your template is inserted. Parts that need Animation Addons Pro are left out if you do not have Pro.

NEED HELP?

Troubleshooting

I do not see the Animation Addons button

Check that the extension is on. Go to Animation Addon > Extensions > Elementor V4 (Atomic) and turn on Template Library. Then reload the editor. The button shows in the empty area where you add your first element.

The library is empty or does not load

The templates come from the Animation Addons server. Check that your site can connect to the internet. Then close the library and open it again.

The Insert button is grey

The template needs Elementor V4 (Atomic). Turn on atomic elements in Elementor, or choose a template for Elementor V3.
