You can set it per screen size. Speed Default: 0.9How fast the element moves compared to the scroll. 1 is normal. A number smaller than 1 makes it move slower, so it looks farther away. A number bigger than 1 makes it move faster. Quick picks: 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, 0.9. Lag Default: 0Makes the element follow the scroll a little late, in seconds. 0 means no delay. A small number, like 0.5, gives a soft, floating feel. Enable in Editor Default: OffTurn this on to see the effect inside the Elementor editor. Tip: Start with a small change, like 0.8. A big change can look too strong. Use a slow speed on a background image and normal speed on the text above it. PER DEVICE Different Settings Per Screen Size Enable Scroll Smoother, Speed and Lag can change per screen size. Use the Desktop, Tablet and Mobile buttons at the top of the editor. Use a strong speed on desktop. Use a gentle speed, or turn it off, on mobile. NEED HELP? Troubleshooting I do not see the Parallax Effect section Check that the extension is on.
