Terms & Conditions

We may update or revise these terms at any time. When we do, the updated version will be published on this page. We recommend that you review this page regularly to stay informed.

1. Product Delivery

If you download a free plugin, it will be available immediately after you log into your account.

If you purchase a premium plugin, the download will be available as soon as your payment is completed. We accept payments through PayPal, Stripe, and major credit or debit cards such as Visa and MasterCard. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email containing the download link and other relevant details.

In some cases, your payment may be reviewed manually to prevent fraud. This may cause a short delay in access, but you will be notified if such a situation occurs.

2. Compatibility and Updates

Our plugins are designed to work with the latest versions of WordPress and Elementor. They are also compatible with modern web browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

Please note that we do not support Internet Explorer, as it is outdated and may cause compatibility issues.

All users will receive updates. However, premium customers will receive both regular updates and dedicated support for the duration of their active plan.

3. Misuse and Illegal Activity

You must not use our plugins, templates, assets, or services for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited purposes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Redistributing, reselling, sublicensing, or repackaging our plugins, templates, or assets under a different brand or product name.
• Creating template packs, website kits, starter sites, themes, or other commercial products using Animation Addons and selling them as your own product without our permission.
• Selling, distributing, or promoting templates, themes, or website kits built with Animation Addons under another brand name without first contacting us and obtaining permission.
• Sharing license keys, premium files, or paid resources with unauthorized users.
• Copying, modifying, or removing copyright, trademark, licensing, or attribution notices where applicable.
• Using our products in any way that may harm, misrepresent, or infringe upon the rights of Wealcoder or Animation Addons.

If you plan to sell, distribute, bundle, or commercially offer templates, themes, website kits, or similar products created using Animation Addons, you must contact us in advance to obtain permission. Unauthorized commercial distribution or resale may result in account suspension, license termination, or other actions deemed necessary to protect our intellectual property and business interests.

4. License Information

All of our plugins are licensed under the General Public License (GPL). This means you are free to use them on as many websites as you wish and to make any necessary modifications.

5. Age Requirements

To use our services, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18 years of age, you must obtain permission from a parent or guardian before using our plugins.

6. Support Policy

We provide customer support through our email and support ticket system. Premium users receive priority support.

All support services are provided in English. We do not offer support through social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, or direct messaging.

We offer support for WordPress versions 5.4 and higher. If you are using an outdated version of WordPress, Elementor, or PHP, we may not be able to assist you.

We provide support for:

• Plugin installation
• Bug fixes
• Guidance on plugin features

We do not provide support for:

• Conflicts caused by third-party plugins or themes
• Issues with outdated software versions
• Problems caused by user modifications
• Compatibility issues with Internet Explorer

Minor customization assistance, such as CSS changes that take less than 30 minutes, may be provided at our discretion. For major changes, you may need to wait for an update, hire a developer, or seek help from our user community.

7. Fraud Protection

To ensure the safety of our users and services, we may manually review transactions to prevent fraud. If this happens, the download process may take a few extra hours. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

8. Pricing and Changes

We reserve the right to modify the pricing, features, or availability of our products at any time. The price you pay for a product reflects the offerings available at the time of purchase.

9. Refund Policy

We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on all paid plugin purchases. However, refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

• You purchased the plugin expecting features that were not advertised
• You changed your mind after the purchase
• You did not test the free version before purchasing

If you are uncertain about a feature, please contact us before making a purchase.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

We strive to ensure our plugins work effectively and reliably. However, we do not guarantee that our plugins will be compatible with every theme or other plugin.

All plugins are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties. If issues occur, we will do our best to help, but we cannot promise a solution in every case.

11. Limitation of Liability

We strive to develop high-quality plugins that meet modern web standards. However, due to the wide variety of hosting environments, WordPress configurations, and third-party integrations, we cannot guarantee flawless performance in every case.

By using our products, you acknowledge and accept that Animation Addons is not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may occur. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, website downtime, performance issues, business disruptions, or financial loss resulting from the use or inability to use our plugins.

12. Demo Images and Fonts

The demo previews on our website use sample images and fonts. These are for demonstration purposes only and are not included in plugin downloads. You must obtain your own licenses if you wish to use similar fonts or images on your website.

13. Lifetime Plans

The term “lifetime” refers to the life of the product, not your lifetime or ours. If we discontinue the product or stop supporting it, the lifetime plan will end accordingly.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We encourage you to check this page periodically to stay informed about any changes.
