Three Curved Text badges turning around BEFORE YOU START Requirement ELEMENTOR V4 Atomic ANIMATION ADDONS Free Tip: Install and activate Animation Addons first. That is all you need. Note: In the screenshots, the orange boxes and numbers show you exactly where to click. STEP 1 Turn On the Widget Good news: the Curved Text is already on. If you ever need to turn it on again, it only takes a moment. In your WordPress Dashboard, go to Animation Addon > Widgets. Open the Elementor V4 (Atomic) tab. Find Curved Text under General Widgets and switch it on. Click Save Settings. The Curved Text card in your dashboard (click to zoom) STEP 2 Add It to Your Page Open a page in the Elementor Editor and drop the Curved Text in. Click the + button at the top left to open the Elements panel. Look under AAE General for Curved Text. Drag it onto your page. The Curved Text in the Elements panel (click to zoom) Tip: Can not see it? Type Curved Text in the search box at the top of the panel. Note: A new Curved Text is a round badge that already spins. It starts with a grey picture and a small arrow in the middle. Next, you can switch the picture to words. STEP 3 Spin Words Instead of a Picture The badge can spin a picture or a line of words. To spin words, open the Rotator section. Select the Curved Text. In the General tab, open Rotator. Set Content to Text. Type your words in Rotator Text, for example EXPLORE MORE β’ EXPLORE MORE β’. Click Update to save your page. Content (1), Rotator Text (2), Distance (3), Duration (4) and Direction (5) (click to zoom) Tip: Type the phrase two times, with a dot between, so the words fill the whole circle. The dot is the β’ sign. STEP 4 Make It Spin Your Way Use the rest of the Rotator settings to fine tune the movement and the words. Text Distance from Edge: a bigger number moves the words closer to the center. Rotation Duration (s): how many seconds one full turn takes. A small number is faster. Direction: Clockwise or Counter-clockwise. STEP 5 Change the Middle The middle of the badge does not spin. It holds a small arrow icon, and you can change it or delete it. You can even put your own text or a heading there. Open the Structure panel. Open the Curved Text. You will see Rotator Image and Center. Open Center to edit the icon, or drag in other things. To use your own picture for the spinning part, click Rotator Image and choose an image. The Rotator Image (1) and the Center (2) (click to zoom) Tip: The Rotator Image only shows when Content is set to Image. STEP 6 Style It Select the Curved Text and open the Style tab. Open Background to change the badge color. Open Size to make the badge bigger or smaller. Change the text color and font size to match your brand. Click Update to save your page. Tip: A new badge is 120px wide and high, round, with white text at 10px on a soft dark background. RESULT Final Result Three badges on a live page.
