HELP Troubleshooting I do not see Create User in Manage Actions Make sure Animation Addons Pro is active. Then go to Animation Addon > Extensions, switch on Create User and click Save Settings. No user was created Check the form has an Email field and a Password (AAE) field. Check the switch is on. Wait 3 seconds after the page opens, because a very fast submit counts as a robot. The email already has an account This is expected. The form is saved, but no new user is made and the old one is not changed. The user has no name Name the fields first_name and last_name, or use one field called name. The new user got no email Your site needs a working mail setup to send emails. The account is still created. You Did It Your visitors can now sign up and get a real account with one form. If you face any problem, please contact our support team. We are happy to help.
