Move the mouse across a hero and its shapes, product shots and badges shift with it, each by its own distance. Mouse Move Effect brings mouse-driven depth to Elementor 4 elements, with X and Y travel, duration and per-device values.
On classic (v3) layouts, Elementor Pro's Mouse Track does a simpler version; for Elementor 4 elements, Mouse Move Effect is the option.
The short answer
Mouse Move Effect is an Animation Addons for Elementor extension that adds an Elementor mouse move effect: the element shifts horizontally and vertically as the visitor moves the mouse. You set the travel with Move X and Move Y, how quickly it settles with Duration, and which area drives it, separately for each device.

Every demo uses Mouse Move Effect from Animation Addons Pro on Elementor 4's own elements. The settings on each card are a good place to start.
All values are starting points: bigger Move X and Move Y numbers travel further, and a longer Duration settles more slowly. Tune them with the Play button.

Features
Every point below is a real control in the Mouse Move Effect panel section or part of how it works. Nothing here needs custom code.
Move X and Move Y set the horizontal and vertical travel (100 by default). Give foreground items bigger values and background items smaller ones to build depth from ordinary elements.
Duration sets how long the element takes to catch up (1 by default). Short values feel snappy; longer values feel soft and floaty.
Movement Wrapper is Default or Custom Area. Custom Area opens a Custom Area field for the section that should drive the movement.
Custom Properties is a repeater of property and value rows, sharing the property list used by Regular Animation (Rotate, Scale, Opacity, Skew and more).
Enable, Move X, Move Y, Duration and the tracking area all take values per breakpoint. Enable on Editor adds a Play button so you can tune distances on the canvas.

Get Animation Addons ProIn WordPress, open Animation Addon › Settings › Extensions and check that Mouse Move Effect is on.
Edit the page in Elementor 4 and select the image, shape, heading or container that should move.
Open the Mouse Move Effect section and turn on Enable.
Set Move X, Move Y and Duration, starting small for background layers.
Turn on Enable on Editor and press Play to test.
Switch Enable off at tablet and mobile, then publish.
Honest comparison
Elementor Pro's Mouse Track, under Motion Effects in classic (v3) widgets and containers, moves an element with the mouse using Direction, Speed and an "Effects Relative To" setting. It is a good fit on v3 layouts. Elementor 4 elements use Interactions instead, and the 4.3.3 trigger list has no mouse-position trigger.
