Make sure Animation Addons is installed and activated on your WordPress site before you start. 

Requirement 

  • Elementor (Page Builder) 
  • Animations Addons (Our Plugin)  

Archive 

Follow these steps to create your Archive with Animation Addons.

  • Go to Animation Addons and click on Theme Builder to start creating your Archive section.

  • Then, navigate to the Archive/404/ Search and click on ‘Add New Template’.

  • Once you click on ‘Add new Template.’ The Template settings interface will appear.
    • Name: Choose a name of your preference. However, in this example, it is named “Blog Archive.”
    • Type: Select the Type option as Archive so it can function as your site’s Archive.
    • Display: This option lets you choose where your Archive appears. You can show it on the entire website or only on specific pages or posts. In this example, ‘All Archive’ is selected

         Lastly, click on “All Data Saved” to save your settings, then click Edit with Elementor to start building the Archive section.

  • After clicking on “Edit with Elementor,” the editor panel will open. Here, you can create a dynamic archive using widgets such as Archive Title and Posts.

          To add the Archive Title widget, click the “+” icon and type “Archive Title” in the search bar. Once it appears, click on it or drag it onto the canvas.

In the same manner, click on “+” icon and type “Posts” in the search bar. Once it appears, click on it or drag it onto the canvas.

Afterward, in the Posts widget, go to Query, then set the Query Type to Archive. However, if you want to control which posts appear manually, you can choose Custom.

  • Once you’re done, click “Publish” to save your Archive.
