It helps you display client feedback in a modern and interactive way. You can choose from multiple testimonial styles. Set layouts and alignments easily. The widget lets you control what information to show. This includes client name, image, rating, and feedback. You also get flexible slider options. Adjust autoplay, navigation, pagination, animation speed, and slide spacing. This makes your testimonial carousel smooth and engaging. Requirement Elementor (Page Builder) Animations Addons (Our Plugin)  Tip: Make sure Animation Addons is installed and activated on your WordPress site before you start. How To Activate Advanced Testimonials Go to your WordPress Dashboard. Click on Animation Addons. Head to the Widgets Tab.   Under General, toggle on Advanced Testimonials. Advanced Testimonials is now enabled. You’ll find the option available in the page builder. Step 1: Insert the Advanced Testimonials Widget First and foremost, click on the ‘+’ icon and type ‘Advanced Testimonials’ into the search box. Once it appears, just click on it. Right after you click, you will find four options to customize ‘Advanced Testimonials’. Such as Layout, Content, Setting, and Slider Options. Let’s start with Layout. Layout Testimonial Style: In the testimonial section, you can choose from six different style options to design your testimonial. For example, style 1 is selected here, but you can pick any style you prefer. Alignment: You can set the alignment to left, right, or center. Here, the center option is selected, but you can choose any alignment you prefer. Step 2: Configure Testimonials Under Content, you’ll find the Testimonial Items option. Content All you need to do is click + Add Item to add new testimonial items. In this example, two testimonial items are selected, but you can add as many as you like. After setting the number of items, click on each item to personalize the testimonial details. Once you click on an item, all the settings will appear. You can then customize them as you like — including Feedback, Quote/Image, Feedback Reason, Rating, Client Name, Designation, Client Image, and Background Image. In this example, all settings are customized except for the background image. Settings Under Settings, you can personalize the testimonial options as you like. This lets you choose what to show or hide from your audience. In this example, Show Quote/Image, Show Client Image, and Show Rating Image are all enabled. The Client Content Direction is set to Row–Horizontal, but you can change it based on your preference. Step 3: Adjust Slider Settings Control how your slider works by setting slide count, autoplay, and navigation options. You can also adjust speed, spacing, direction, and whether the active slide is centered. Slider Option Slides to show: It lets you choose how many slides to add. Here, 2 slides are selected, but any number can be chosen based on your preference. AutoPlay: By toggling ‘Yes’ or ‘No’, you can choose whether the slider plays automatically. Here, No is selected, but it’s up to you. Autoplay Delay: Sets the time (in milliseconds) between each slide transition when autoplay is enabled. In this example, it’s set to 3000 milliseconds, but you can adjust the value as you prefer. Autoplay Interection: It controls what happens when the user interacts (clicks, drags, or hovers) with the slider. For example, here Yes is selected, but you can choose either option based on your choice. Allow touch Move: Toggle ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ to enable swipe on mobile and drag on desktop. In this example, ‘Yes’ is selected, but either option can be used. Loop: Allows you to enable or disable logos on each slide. Here, ‘Yes’ is selected, but you can choose either option. Mousewheel: Let visitors scroll through slides using the mouse wheel. Here, it’s set to hide, but you can enable it if you prefer. Animation Speed: In this example, animation speed is set to 500, but you can choose any value you prefer. Space Between: Sets the gap between slides. You can increase or decrease this to adjust spacing visually. Here, space between is set to 20, but you can set any value as per your choice. Enable Grid: Displays testimonials in a grid layout instead of a sliding carousel. Here, it’s set to hide, but you can change it to show if you prefer. Navigation: Shows or hides the navigation arrows on the slider. If set to ‘Show,’ options appear to select icons for the previous and next arrows, and the arrows will appear during navigation. If set to ‘Hide,’ the arrows won’t be visible. Since it’s set to ‘Show,’ the arrows will appear during navigation. Pagination: Show or hide pagination indicators. If you select ‘Show,’ the pagination type bullets, fractions, and progress bar will appear. But if you choose Hide, no option will appear. For example, here bullets are chosen, but you can select any option. Left/Right Direction: Choose the sliding direction: left-to-right or right-to-left. Here, left is selected, but you can select whichever you prefer. Final Result You Did It Congratulations! You have successfully added the Advanced Testimonials widget to your Elementor page. Your testimonials are now fully customizable. You can change styles, layouts, and alignment. You also control what to show, like client name, image, rating, and feedback. The slider is ready too. You can adjust autoplay, navigation, pagination, animation speed, spacing, and direction. You can even enable grid view or touch swipe for mobile.
