Click the ‘+’ icon in the Elementor editor panel, then type ‘Post Comment’ into the search bar. Once it appears, drag and drop it into your desired section.

Right after clicking, you will see a style function called ‘Theme comment style’. Theme Comment Style determines the design and layout of the comments. If you enable it, it will let you match the comments to your site’s theme without custom CSS.

Otherwise, if you keep disabling it, then it will use your WordPress theme’s default comment design.

In this example, the Theme Comments Style is disabled, but you can change it according to your styling preferences.

Additionally, you can still use Elementor’s basic styling options, such as padding, margin, and background, or add your own CSS to customize the appearance. To do that, go to the Style tab and click on Background Type.
